Matt Humphrey, Chief Marketing Officer
One of the challenges we have at BLR® is that we have so much content and so many tools available that it can be confusing for visitors to our websites—and sometimes even our staff!—to realize what’s available, and what might be useful to a particular compliance or business problem.
We’ve tried to make this easier by completely rethinking what we refer to as our “global navigation.” It is “global” in two senses: (1) a version of the navigation will appear (eventually) on every BLR site, and (2) the navigation will show you the full range of BLR’s Web properties—what we sometimes refer to as the BLR Digital Network—and help you find what you need across the entire network.
The global navigation comprises three parts: the header of the Web page, the footer of the Web page, and something new that we’re calling the “interaction bar.” I’ll cover each of these sections in an upcoming blog post.
The idea for each of these sections was to make it easy for you as a visitor to (a) search the site you are on, (b) quickly see the BLR websites, services, and products that are relevant to your needs, and (c) navigate to the items that you find most interesting.
We’re always trying to improve the usability of BLR sites, and user feedback always helps us build better compliance tools for businesses. So let us know what you think.
